Orders

You place the order for your products on our website by pressing the Confirm button. You are able to correct errors in your order up to that stage in the ordering process. We will notify you by e-mail to confirm the details and the receipt of your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon despatch of the goods ordered.

Prices

The prices payable for the products are those quoted on this website. Delivery and handling costs will be charged and these amounts will be given when completing your order at the Checkout. VisitBritain reserves the right to change prices without notice whether such changes are related or not to alterations in the rates of exchange.

Payment

Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order as that is the point at which payment is taken. Please ensure that all information provided for the purpose of purchasing products is correct, that the payment card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover all costs. If the payment card has expired or insufficient funds are available we will be unable fulfil your order.
