Dot2Dot is an innovative airport transfer solution for London. The luxury, custom-built, climate controlled 10 and 12 seat vehicles provide an executive ride from Heathrow to central London.
Dot2Dot promises a door to door efficient service, with no more then 3 other stops on any given service. Customers will be on their way from the airport within 20 minutes of checking in at one of Dot2Dot’s Customer Service Desks.
Dot2Dot operate 12 services an hour between Heathrow and central London. With advanced route planning, congestion tracking systems, access to London’s bus lanes and up to the minute flight information, the service will ensure passengers get to their destination on time and in comfort at about half the price of a taxi!
On arrival, simply make your way to a dot2dot Reception Desk. Dot2Dot has desks in T1, T3, T4 and T5 of Heathrow airport.
All passengers are escorted to the shuttle departure point. A dot2dot representative remains with you until the vehicle departs. Shuttles depart regularly depending upon demand, and you will be on board within 20 minutes of registering at the Dot2Dot desk.
On arrival at your hotel, your luggage is unloaded and the driver/concierge takes it into the hotel foyer.
Each passenger gets an allowance of one item of hand luggage and one suitcase (in line with general airline specifications)

Upon booking with VisitBritain, you will receive a confirmation e-mail into your account. You be will then be sent an e-voucher from Dot2 Dot within 24hrs confirming your booking. You will need to print this e-ticket and present it to Dot2Dot on the day of your journey.
