You may change your order at no extra charge before it is dispatched. No refunds for cancellation of products purchased. No refunds or replacement for products that are lost, stolen, mutilated or destroyed after receipt. Travel insurance is recommended before traveling to Britain. Trip cancellation insurance is also strongly recommended.

Tickets and Touring Passes:

No refund for completely unused and invalidated passes.
No refund for any cancellation of tickets and touring passes purchased.

Transport Tickets:

• BritRail passes and tickets:
  No refund will be granted on completely unused and invalidated passes or tickets.
  No refund for any cancellation of BritRail passes and tickets purchased.

• Travelcards:
  No refund for any cancellation of Travelcards purchased.
