Upon booking with VisitBritain, you will receive a confirmation e-mail into your account and you be will then be sent an e-voucher from SkyShuttle within two working days confirming your booking.
• When SkyShuttle customers arrive at Heathrow, they are to presents themselves at the SkyShuttle desk with their voucher. In Terminal 2 there is no desk, and a Meet & Greet service is operated instead.
• A member of the SkyShuttle team will escort the customer to their SkyShuttle shuttle. Assistance will be provided if required.
• The driver will inform the customers of the order of the hotel drop-offs.
