Booking Details
Upon booking with VisitBritain, you will receive a confirmation e-mail into your account, and then you will receive an e-ticket from SkyShuttle for this product which will be sent directly to your email address within 48 hours. You will need to print off this e-ticket and present it to SkyShuttle on the day of the transfer.
On Arrival the customer presents him/herself at the SkyShuttle's desk with their voucher. In Terminal 2 there is no desk, and a Meet & Greet service is operated instead.
A member of the SkyShuttle team will escort the customer to their SkyShuttle shuttle. Assistance will be provided if required.
The driver will inform the customers of the order of the hotel drop-offs.
