All deliveries are by post, unless something else has been arranged. Information on the time of delivery is nonbinding unless an exceptional delivery time has been agreed, e.g. by express.

VisitBritain does not guarantee that all products are deliverable all the time. Should one or more products not be deliverable, you will be informed as soon as possible.

Please contact Australia.Shop@visitbritaindirect.com immediately if a product has been incorrectly delivered with your order number to hand. The product will be exchanged with the correct goods as long as they are available. Otherwise, a refund will be given for the full purchase price.
