Tower of London

The Tower of London has a colourful history dating back to the 11th century. Romans once occupied it, William the Conqueror built Europe’s first fortress there, it has been a royal palace, a prison, an execution site, an arsenal, a mint, a wild animals keep and jewel house. On your visit you’ll see artefacts from every part of this remarkable history.
Look out for the famous black ravens in the grounds of the Tower. These magnificent birds have been kept here since the 1600s, and legend has it the Tower will fall, along with the Kingdom, if the ravens ever leave the site. You’ll also see the Beefeaters (or Yeoman Warders) who have been guarding the tower for over 600 years. Why not enjoy a theatrical guided tour?

The Tower of London offers Adult, Child and Concessions tickets.
Notes about tickets:
Child rate valid for 5-15 year olds.
Children under 5 years are admitted free.
Concessions rate is valid for people 60 years or older, and for students with valid ID.
You can buy multiple tickets by changing the number ‘1’ in the box below to the number you require.
Once you complete your online booking you’ll receive an e-ticket via email which you can print out and take along to Tower of London. This includes useful information such as facilities and directions.
