Fortnum & Mason
Founded on the same site in 1707 by William Fortnum, one of Queen Anne’s footmen. During the 1700’s Fortnum and Mason made a name for itself by selling rare teas and spices, not available anywhere else, much like today.
Fortnum and Mason has held a number of Royal Warrants over the years, which are reviewed every ten year and still hold the following Royal Warrants: ‘Grocers & Provision Merchants’ by appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, ‘Tea Merchants and Grocers’ by appointment to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales and ‘Suppliers of Leather and Fancy Goods’ by appointment o H.M. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother. The store offers a wide variety of luxury goods, but is possibly best known for its luxury food hall with rare delicacies and teas.
Menu - Fine selection of teas, luxury and traditional sandwiches, pastries and of course a selection of scones with clotted cream and preserves.
Opening Hours - Monday - Sunday, 14:00pm - 17:00pm.
Fortnum and Mason is closed 24th-26th December, 1st January, 6th and 9th April.

Grosvenor House
Grosvenor House - The historic Grosvenor House Hotel has been frequented by royalty, celebrities and business leaders since opening in 1929 and continues its time-honoured tradition for exceptional style and service. Set in Mayfair this ‘Grande Dame’ of Park Lane offers a quintessentially British experience. The Park Room and Library is designed to reflect the style, comfort and charm of a living room in an English stately home.
Menu - Anna's Afternoon Tea gives you the full experience including a selection of fine teas, finger sandwiches, buttermilk scones with Devonshire clotted cream and Cornish strawberry jam, a selection of cream puffs and French Pastries.
